I experienced several issues during my stay. The room's small size made it quite cramped for movement, which was uncomfortable. I also had a noisy experience since my room was near the conference area, with disturbances lasting until after midnight.

Room sizes felt cramped for couples!!! No fridge available in the room!!! AC control seemed tricky and inconsistent!!! Internet connectivity issues were a major inconvenience!!! Bathroom amenities lacking in toiletries is annoying!!!

The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating! I loved the quietness of my windowless room, perfect for light sensitivity. Plus, the enormous TV with 4K Chromecast was a delightful surprise.

I had a good stay in the Economy Queen Room, No Window for 2 nights. The fantastic shower and the well-functioning wifi were highlights for me. Also, the breakfast was quite satisfying, offering a great selection, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
